IPforAgents provides IP tunnel services utilizing mobile 5G network infrastructure for legitimate business purposes, including but not limited to:
- HTTP/HTTPS tunnel access through Verizon 5G mobile IPs
- API access for programmatic tunnel configuration
- Usage analytics and monitoring dashboards
- SDK integrations for popular AI agent frameworks
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 API Keys
API keys are confidential and should be treated like passwords. Do not share your API keys or expose them in client-side code. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised API keys.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
- Circumvent security measures of any third-party services
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks or other disruptive activities
- Distribute malware, spam, or malicious content
- Scrape or collect data in violation of third-party terms of service
- Access services in violation of their terms of service
- Engage in any activity that could damage our network or reputation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
Current pricing is displayed on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.
5.2 Billing
Usage is billed monthly in arrears. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers for Enterprise accounts.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds are provided at our sole discretion. We do not provide refunds for service used or for accounts terminated due to Terms violations.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by IPforAgents and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data you transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your data as necessary to provide the Service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific success rate for requests made through our network.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL IPFORAGENTS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
